With over 500,000 members and ambitious growth plans, WeWork needed additional programs to bring in the next generation of entrepreneurs.

Strategy

  • Develop an awards show in major markets—think Shark Tank but for small businesses around the world.

  • I spearheaded a cohesive brand identity that was localized for each city, and was the lead project manager for event design.

Accomplishments

  • Designed 4 events in Mexico City, Shanghai, Jerusalem & NYC—each with over 2,000 people. I was in charge of all marketing collateral, produced in multiple languages.

  • Founded first LGBTQ+ resource group, Pride of We, growing membership from 0 to 400 people in 3 months.
